Internal Promotions for CIBC

Prion Interactive has developed a series of internal promotion tools for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

Working closely with the Elevator5 advertising agency Prion Interactive developed a framework wherein thousands of CIBC front line employees could track their performance. Depending on the promotion, various work related jobs were assigned point values and employees earned points towards prizes. At the end of the 8 week promotion windows employees were permitted to order prizes with the points they had earned. In certain incarnations of the tool online games were added to the offering.

The system allowed CIBC administrators to manage branches, employees, point disbursement, prizing and order fulfillment. Customized reports were created to track performance in real time. The framework also included modules for conducting surveys, for facilitating help desk requests and for applying rewards to subsets of users based on other external CIBC programs.

The CIBC internal promotions framework has been employed over a dozen times and has been the recipient of high praise from CIBC executives.
